Great Product - 2/28/2010 9:23:22 AM This product not only works great on regular acne, but it also helps with my severe acne that is a side-effect from taking adderall. While it doesn't make it go away completely, it definitely improves my face enough to where I feel okay leaving the house (which I am thrilled about).

Love it!!! - 1/14/2008 9:28:00 AM I love this product!!! It really works. But let me be very clear I think this product is best suited for people with mild acne. The replacement cartridges are about $30 with 90 uses. It you have severe acne let say 10 zits. You'll need to use the device 30 times in one week. At this rate in three weeks you'll need to purchase a new cartridge. That could get pricey.

This REALLY works! - 12/29/2007 12:58:00 PM I was very skeptical at first because I've spent hundreds of dollars on acne products that don't work. The ZENO is pricey but I figured I would give it a shot. I tried it on a few red bumps (the ones that show up right before the big zit is about to come up and after 1-2 treatments, the bump was completely gone! I have also tried it on larger pimples and it reduces their size and after about 2-3 treatments, the large zit is gone (it does take about 24 hours though between treatments to actually see it disappear). I am in my late 20s and having breakouts at this time in my life is really embarrasing (I had pretty decent skin as a teenager and suddenly I am constantly breaking out). This product really works and I wish I had bought it sooner. Replacement cartridges are expensive though. $35 for every 90 applications. I use about 10 applications a week since I have many pimples and it gets expensive. But I will continue to pay for the replacement cartridges since it REALLY works.
