Best feel good product - 9/12/2009 9:14:29 AM I have tried so many things over the last few years and I guess because of menonpause and peri-menonpause I just kept slowly gaining weight. I watched my calorie intake, work out, ate right and still put on weight. I am so thrilled for the first time in years I am actually loosing weight, not a lot but about a pound every two weeks. It's a start. And the best part is I feel great so even without the weight loss I would still take these. I just wish the instructions were a little clearer. It says take one pill a day with meals... I have only been taking one pill a day I am not sure if I should be taking one with every meal. If anyone knows please post the answer. Thanks,

INSTANT RESULTS! - 1/9/2008 12:07:00 PM OMG, I got this for my mom and she absolutely loves it! Instantly after taking the pill she immediately felt better. She is using topical cream estrogen and was waiting for a shipment that was taking for ever and her mood was not the best.
