Although it is a high priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue. In most cases, we receive back-ordered items within 5 business days. If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon it comes in. We will send it via the shipment method you chose. There is no additional charge for partial shipments. As part of our commitment to provide you with complete satisfaction, we stand behind all of our products with a no-hassle 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase to obtain return instructions. Once received, returns are processed within 5 business days. We will send you an email once we have processed your return. You will be issued a credit for 100% of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges if applicable. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost in transit. We recommend you choose a delivery method with tracking and/or insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a return. Customers must obtain their RMA number by contacting customer service, otherwise the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible to pay for shipping of the product back to them. A shipping fee may apply to exchanges for which spalook is not responsible.Return policy for Wellbox:
We will only accept a return of an unopened and unused Wellbox (SKU WB001) within 30 days of purchase. Once the seal is broken, Wellbox cannot be returned. The carton must be in original condition, and not defaced in any manner.
Return policy for Vie Products:
We are unable to accept returns of any Vie product that has been opened.
