Finally, a makeup remover that really takes off waterproof mascara!    This non-oily, gentle and easy to use lotion will remove eye or lip makeup perfectly.  This remover is especially formulated for the delicate eye and lip areas with Extracts of Cornflower and Green Tea.  In addition the Cleansing Lotion contains Marine Nutrients and has a light Lotus fragrance.    We recommend applying the Eye and Lip Cleanser with saturated cotton pads.  Once you’ve tried removing makeup with this cleanser, you’ll never want to use another!

I have tried every eye make-up remover there is and this one is the best! It never stings my eyes, removes every trace of my make-up, and doesnt leave an oily residue. I also use it to take off my lipstick. I tend to wear the long lasting lip sticks that arent so easy to take off, but this works like a charm
