It's fine, but the worst part is the packaging

I have used a number of higher end facial products over the years - and have changed just to try something new and keep my skin healthy. All the Jurlique products are fine. They aren't the BEST thing I have ever used, but they work well for what I need.
That being said, the one reason why I wouldn't buy these products again (any of them) is the packaging. The bottle used for this moisturizer, has broken twice and it can't be fixed easily. The lid cracked and now won't stay on and the pump snapped off so I have to MacGyver it each time I use it.
As for the face wash bottle, the same thing. The top/pump leaks and products gets out. A) it is wasting a very expensive product and B) I don't want face wash all over my sink, cabinet, etc.. I even switched it to a new bottle so I wouldn't have this issue, but for the price I feel like I shouldn't have to do that.

This lotion was perfect for my sensitive skin! Thirlled with the way my skin was so moisturized without feeling greasy, even with spending so much time outdoors. My skin has never felt so soft! I love this product, worth purchasing!

I have always used Jurlique and absolutely love this moisturizer. It has such a soothing effect on my face and a has a pleasant, lightly fragrant smell. I love that it has lavendar and chamomille in it .... which is most likely why my skin is so calm and hydrated.
