A unique colorless, matte lipliner. Helps to keep lipstick and gloss in place while hydrating lips. Lips may be lined outside of natural lipline to create a fuller appearance.

Start application from the outer corner of the lip and carefully draw on the skin outside the lipline. For best results, repeat the process three times.
