G.L.A. Eye Balm helps plump up the skin around the eye area, making wrinkles less noticeable by reducing dry skin that accentuates the appearance of lines and crow’s feet. The rich, moisturizing formula provides a silky-smooth, matte base for eye makeup, never leaving skin greasy. Non-irritating and lightweight, it contains optimal levels of gamma linoleic acid, found in evening primrose oil, along with beneficial plant extracts and vitamin E, specifically formulated for the delicate eye area.

Directions for
Cellex-C G.L.A. Eye Balm:
Once daily, apply to the outer eye area, the eyebrow bone and under the eyes.
