Directions for
African Botanics Marula Stretchmark Botanical Body Balm:
For stretch marks, exfoliate area first, warm a small amount of balm in the palm of your hand and apply by massaging over the entire body, from the leg upwards, concentrating on a ffected areas (stomach, thighs, arms). Use at least once per day, preferably at night.
For areas where pink stretch marks exist or for prevention where stretch marks will likely appear.
