This shadow is a perfect blend of pigment, binder and pearl delivers a weightless feel on the eye, leaving lids glittery and gorgeous. Transparent talc delivers excellent color release and the perfect blend of binding oils ensure adherence. High levels of pearl provide a brilliant sparkle effect. Shadows are buildable and can be worn either wet or dry.
