Directions for
Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Heat Protect Spray:
Shake well, then evenly spray on dry hair prior to styling with any hot tool. For maximum heat protection, apply to damp hair before blow drying. If nozzle clogs, rinse with warm water.

This product can only be shipped to addresses in the lower 48 US States.

Transportation (DOT). The DOT prohibits air shipment of items that are
pressurized, flammable or in any other way threaten an onboard fire or other
mishap.
Restricted items include:

do so in compliance with DOT regulations. Therefore, we require ground-only
