Directions for
Obagi Elastilash Eyelash Solution:
1) Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Ensure the upper
eyelid area skin is clean and dry before applying the product.
2) Apply a generous brush stroke of Elastilash Eyelash Solution along
the entire upper eyelash line only, once per day before going to bed.
