Directions for
La Bella Donna Cameo Compressed Eye Shadow:
La Bella Donna Mineral Eye Shadows may be used wet or dry. Mineral Eye Shadows are wonderful when used wet as an eyeliner, placed very close to the lash line, the lashes will appear thicker. Dust the eyelids with Loose Mineral Foundation prior to application of color.
