This new lip primer locks down lip color while preventing fading, bleeding and creasing. A unique, creamy formulation applied all over the lips promotes suppleness and glides on smooth for maximum staying power. This product is also a 2 in 1. There's no need for Lip Balm with Lip Insurance! This primer works best without the added layer of a wax-based balm.
