Directions for
Being TRUE Lip Definer with Sharpener: #3:
With the lips together and the mouth relaxed, edge pencil along lip line. Begin at the corner of the mouth and inch pencil in a back and forth motion working up towards the bow of the mouth. Repeat at the other corner. Define the bow. Repeat lining technique for bottom lip. Blend Lip Definer with the Being TRUE Lip Brush.
