Featuring wheat germ, soy proteins and essential oils, this conditioner strengthens and hydrates even the driest hair while it adds shine. Leaves a fine seal of pure protein on the hair shaft to volumize, moisturize and detangle the hair without weighing it down.

Directions for
Philip B. Deep-Conditioning Creme Rinse:
After shampooing, depending on the length and texture of your hair, thoroughly work a dollop of Deep-Conditioning Creme Rinse through your hair. For optimal results, comb through with a fine-toothed comb. For light conditioning, leave on hair for one to three minutes. For more intense conditioning, leave on hair up to twenty minutes, wrapped in a warm towel. Rinse well.
