Bioelements AcnePlex:
This medicated daytime treatment gel contains 2% pharmaceutical-grade salicylic acid, meadowsweet, green tea, echinacea and wild thyme extracts. Controls excess oil, clears acne blemishes, helps reduce inflammation and redness, fights acne-causing bacteria and unclogs pores. No artificial colorants, synthetic fragrance or animal by-products. Not tested on animals.
