Bioelements Makeup Dissolver:
This oil-free lid and lash cleanser is formulated with anti-inflammatory extracts. Removes all traces of makeup without irritating eyes, and is safe for contact-lens wearers. No artificial colorants, synthetic fragrance or animal by-products. Not tested on animals.
Ingredients for
Bioelements Makeup Dissolver:
Water, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Polysorbate 80, Propylene Glycol, Hamamelis Virginiana (witch hazel) Extract, Anthemis Nobilis (chamomile) Flower Extract, Matricaria (chamomilla Recutita) Extract, Citrus Aurantium (orange) Flower Extract, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Diazolidinyl Urea.
Directions for
Bioelements Makeup Dissolver:
Apply with damp cotton pad. Wipe downward on closed eyelids. Rinse off. May be used over entire face to remove makeup before cleansing.
