Fabulous product; frustrating to use - 1/23/2011 8:51:35 AM This is my favorite cleanser ever (and trust me, I've tried many). It is gentle yet effective; cleans pores without clogging them yet does not strip the skin. The only problem is the consistency. The cleanser will not come out of the pump. It's too thick. I found the solution is to add water to the bottle, a little at a time, and shake and stir until the product will pump. M should consider selling this product in a tube.
