Where Have You Been All My Life?? - 5/28/2011 12:13:43 PM I stumbled across this product from a website listing the best sunscreens for 2011 and I decided to try it. I have oily skin with large pores and I'm prone to break out. Normally I use DHC Velvet Skin coat (which is amazing but doesn't have SPF) and Bliss Instant Mattification (which is good for my T-zone and acne but once again no SPF). So when I found Jane Iredale's primer I was excited to try it because it had SPF and it controlled shine! But I thought it was a powder when I ordered it. It's actually a smooth cream that you sponge on. Its actually very easy to apply with velvety, clear coverage. I really like this product, it's my second day of using it. The only thing I don't like is the smell. It has an odd fragrance resembling mint gum or something. I usually prefer things fragrance free. But it does everything it promises! When I put it on, my skin looks 5 years younger and it hides my pores and controls my oily skin. Although it doesn't keep the shine away all day...you have to reapply.

I ordered few shades: Toffee (it is warm brown), pink candy (cool pink), cherry sparkle(cool red, it will look nice on people who do not have lines on their lips, otherwise color will stay only in lines), wild apple(awful grey, do not recomend to anyone),soft peach(beige-pinkish color), but the best is Apricot Fizz (orenge-pinkish color)

Awsome - 1/24/2009 1:00:00 PM I tried the bare minerals and was not happy at all. I did not feel that I was able to get the coverage that I was looking for or a color match. I found both color and coverage. You can go from little coverage to more as needed. I usually have T-zone oiliness by noon and I never have to touch up with this product. I would recommend highly.
